Cuatro Villas MDWUA is dedicated to providing our communities with clean safe water for drinking and domestic use. Cuatro Villas MDWUA currently serves water to the communities of Arroyo Seco, Cuarteles, La Puebla and Sombrillo. Cuatro Villas was formed in the year 2000 as an expansion of the La Puebla Community Well Association. The expansion was needed to meet increased demand and to ensure a supply of water that meets safe drinking standards. The infra-structure has been expanded from the original La Puebla area hook-ups to all four communities.

Goals

Our goal is to provide a clean, safe and reliable supply of water to residents living in Arroyo Seco, Cuarteles, La Puebla and Sombrillo. We are committed to delivering water to our members at affordable prices.

We are governed by a Board of Directors consisting of a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and representatives elected from each of the four communities served by Cuatro Villas MDWUA. Board members and representatives are elected according to our By-Laws at the annual meeting held each year. We abide  by the open meetings regulations and all monthly and annual meetings are open to all our members and interested parties.
