Cuatro Villas Directors and Staff
Cuatro Villas MDWUA is a non-profit 501(c3) corporation run by an elected Board of Directors. Board members come from each of the four communities served by CV MDWUA. All board members serve in a volunteer capacity. In addition to the Board we have a Legal Counsel, Office Manager and Maintenance crew who are responsible for repairs, maintenance and meter reading.

I am a long time resident of Sombrillo and currently serving my third term as Chairman of the Cuatro Villas Municipal Water Users Association.
I really enjoy working with other Board Members and interacting with members of the community.
Along with the rest of the Board, I am committed to the future expansion of Cuatro Villas MDWUA and its ability to serve water to our four communities.

I have a personal commitment to my community as a stakeholder to ensure the sustainability of our water supply. Additionally, I am interested in creating or
.expanding the association to establish a sewage disposal system and water treatment facility on a regional level.
I have been a non-water user member since the beginning of CVMDWUA and a member of the board for two and a half years.

Nancy Williams Treasurer - Arroyo Seco
I began working with Santa Fe County representatives back in 2000 to get Cuatro Villas started. I have alternated with other community members on
and off the Board since the beginning back in 2000. I have served a number of terms as Secretary and I am currently serving as Treasurer.
Although I am not a water user as the line has not reached my home yet, I continue to support the project and have been paying for three (3) hookups since its inception.

Beginning with the La Puebla Community Well and now with Cuatro Villas MDWUA, I have been a community well user for nearly 50 years.
I am a retired educator and joined the Board in 2018. I am especially interested in helping Cuatro Villas MDWUA expand it's infrastructure to provide quality water to all the four communities we are chartered to serve. Being on the Board provides me with a hands on opportunity to help grow and expand our water system.

Every month I will come by to read the water meter on your property. Please take a look at my photo so you will recognize me when I am on site to do my job.
While I am not setup to do repairs, you can let me know if you suspect a leak or other problem with your meter.
I am a neighbor so feel free to say hello and introduce yourself. I enjoy getting to know the Cuatro Villas members.

I am the person to contact if you are experiencing any problems with your water service. Whether it is a leak problem or a system problem I am responsible for repairs.

I can assist with inspection and advice regarding plumbing and the final connection to your water meter. I look forward to working with you in the future.
