Pursuant to Article V, Amended By-Laws of the Cuatro Villas MDWUA Official Notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of its members.

 

Annual Membership Meeting

 

Cuatro Villas MDWUA meetings are conducted in accordance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act. All meetings are open to the public. We encourage and welcome members to attend meetings to become more involved with our local water system.

    one (1) Director from La Puebla for a 2 year term;
    one (1) Director from Cuartelez for a 2 year term;
    one (1) Director from Arroyo Seco for a 2 year term:
    one (1) Director from Sombrillo for a 2 year term;
    one (1) Director At Large for a 1 year term.

Open positions for Board of Directors: One (1) Director from Sombrillo, One (1) Director from Cuarteles, One (1) Director from Arroyo Seco for 2-year term; (All communities vote for these positions.) Only one membership fee paid in full and member in good standing can vote or serve on the board, you must be on the membership rolls to participate.

Each year Cuatro Villas struggles to achieve a quorum to open the meeting and allow for the transaction of business. Please come to the meeting, find out what is happening with your water system, voice your concerns and help shape the future direction of your water system. Again, your attendance will be greatly appreciated!
